Free Shipping Details
- Free Standard Shipping is applied for orders over 55$.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
- Once your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- We currently offer free shipping within the USA. For international orders, please contact us for shipping details.
Expedited Shipping
- If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Expedited orders will be prioritized and shipped within 1 day.

What is the return and refund policy?
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 90 days of receiving your order.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at Hello@gojiberry.us with your order number. We will provide you with a return label, and the shipping cost and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery.
- Items should be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Items purchased from 'Sale Promotions' are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Please note that shipping charges and transaction fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
- We currently do not process exchanges, but we’re happy to help with a return and re-purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
- We offer 1 year quality warranty on our product. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Hello@gojiberry.us and we will arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick shipment.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gojiberry.us.
Please note:
- Orders cancelled after payment has been processed will incur a deduction for credit card transaction fees.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the cancellation is confirmed.
- If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our return policy instead.
Free Gift Policy
Free gift items are part of limited-time promotions and are provided at no additional cost with qualifying purchases.
As such, free gifts are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund under any circumstance.
If a qualifying order is returned, the value of the free gift may be deducted from the refund amount unless the gift item is also returned unused and in original condition.
Free gifts included in select promotions are subject to availability. During periods of high demand or low stock, we reserve the right to replace the advertised free gift with a similar or equivalent item of equal or greater value.
This ensures we can fulfill orders promptly while maintaining the value of the promotion.

Promotional Offer Policy

GOJIBERRY 1-Year Limited Warranty
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every GOJIBERRY carrier. Each product is carefully inspected and designed to last through years of wear.
Warranty Coverage
Your GOJIBERRY carrier is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing or mechanical defects under normal, intended use.
This includes:
- Broken or malfunctioning buckles, snaps, or zippers caused by a product defect
- Stitching or webbing that fails due to a manufacturing issue
- Structural or mechanical failures that affect the safety or usability of the carrier
If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part or item at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (including fabric fading, pilling, or softening with use)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, washing errors, or failure to follow safety instructions
- Accidental damage such as cuts, tears, stains, or fading from sun exposure
- Damage caused by pets, chewing, or contact with sharp objects
- Alterations, modifications, or repairs made by anyone outside GOJIBERRY
- Lost or stolen items
How to File a Claim
If you believe your carrier has a covered defect:
- Contact our support team at Hello@gojiberry.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and determine the best solution — either repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Additional Notes
- Replacement parts or carriers are covered for the remainder of the original 1-year warranty period.
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies to purchases made directly from GOJIBERRY or authorized retailers.
- GOJIBERRY reserves the right to determine whether damage is due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your package’s journey to your door.
