Free Shipping Details
- Free Standard Shipping is applied for orders over 55$.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
- Once your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- We currently offer free shipping within the USA. For international orders, please contact us for shipping details.
Expedited Shipping
- If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Expedited orders will be prioritized and shipped within 1 day.

What is the return and refund policy?
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at Hello@gojiberry.us with your order number. We will provide you with a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery.
- Items should be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- Limited edition products are Non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different color or pattern, follow the same process as a return. Indicate in your request that you’d prefer an exchange, and we’ll ship the new item as soon as we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Hello@gojiberry.us and we will arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no cost to you.
When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your package’s journey to your door.
