Expedited Shipping

• If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Expedited orders will be prioritized and shipped within 1 day.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 28 days of receiving your order.

Returns Process
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at Hello@gojiberry.us with your order number. We will provide you with a return label, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery.
• Items should be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
