How much does shipping cost?
At GOJIBERRY, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. That’s why we offer free standard shipping over 55$ on all orders within USA. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Free Shipping Details
- Free Standard Shipping is applied for orders over 55$.
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.
- Once your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- We currently offer free shipping within the USA. For international orders, please contact us for shipping details.
Expedited Shipping
- If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Expedited orders will be prioritized and shipped within 1 day.
- Delivery times for expedited shipping vary by location. Please check the shipping options at checkout for details and rates.
What is the return and refund policy?
GOJIBERRY Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
We want you to love your GOJIBERRY purchase. While we hope every order is a perfect fit, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. The policies below are designed to be fair, clear, and transparent while allowing us to continue offering high-quality, thoughtfully made products.
Returns
We offer easy 90-day returns on eligible items from the date of delivery.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email hello@gojiberry.us with your order number. Our team will guide you through the process and provide next steps.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, accessories, and components must be included
- Items purchased as part of sale or promotional pricing are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund
Please note:
- Original shipping costs and credit card transaction fees are non-refundable
- If a prepaid return label is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges to help you find the right fit or style.
Exchange Guidelines
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 90 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways (return shipping and reshipment shipping)

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and are here to help whenever possible.
Lost in Transit
If your package is lost before delivery (no delivery confirmation from the carrier), please contact us at hello@gojiberry.us. Once confirmed with the carrier, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Confirming the delivery location
- Contacting the carrier for additional details
Once an order is marked as delivered, GOJIBERRY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we’re always happy to assist with filing a carrier claim.
In select cases, and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time courtesy replacement. This is evaluated individually and is not guaranteed.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing immediately to ensure timely delivery.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@gojiberry.us
- Orders canceled after payment processing has begun will incur a deduction for credit card transaction fees
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once cancellation is confirmed
If the order has already shipped, it will fall under our return policy.
Promotional Gifts Policy
Free gift items are included as part of limited-time promotions and are provided at no additional cost.
- Free gifts are final sale and are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund
- If a qualifying order is returned, the value of the free gift may be deducted from the refund unless the gift is also returned unused and in original condition
- Free gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value during periods of high demand

Promotional Offer Policy
Promotions are thoughtfully created based on inventory availability, seasonality, and production costs.
- Offers apply only during the active promotional period
- We do not offer price adjustments or match past or future promotions
- Sale and promotional items cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
This helps us maintain fair pricing and continue producing small-batch, high-quality products.
GOJIBERRY 1-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every GOJIBERRY carrier.
Warranty Coverage
Your carrier is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing or mechanical defects under normal use.
This includes:
- Defective buckles, snaps, or zippers
- Stitching or webbing failures due to manufacturing issues
- Structural defects affecting safety or usability
If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the item (or part) at our discretion.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (fabric softening, fading, pilling)
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or washing errors
- Accidental damage, stains, sun exposure, or pet damage
- Alterations or repairs not performed by GOJIBERRY
- Lost or stolen items
How to File a Warranty Claim
Please email hello@gojiberry.us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Proof of purchase is required. Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?
