GOJIBERRY Design Process

Our journey started with one bold idea: removable covers that let parents switch styles without compromising support or structure. What followed was a long process of prototyping, testing, and refining. We went through multiple design iterations, each one improving on fit, ease of use, and safety.

Every version of the carrier was carefully reviewed and stress-tested. We worked closely with babywearing consultants, pediatric physiotherapists, and real parents to ensure that what we created wasn’t just stylish but truly ergonomic, hip-healthy, and supportive for both baby and wearer.

Made Responsibly, Assembled with Care

Our carriers are not mass-produced or drop-shipped. Instead, we work with a single-source manufacturing partner that shares our values of quality, care, and ethical labor. This allows us to produce in small, intentional batches, ensuring better oversight, consistency, and attention to detail.

Each carrier is hand-assembled and machine-sewn with precision using premium natural fabrics. From stitching to structure, every detail is checked and rechecked to meet our high standards. Final assembly and quality checks are completed in the USA, where our team makes sure each carrier is safe, beautiful, and built to last.

Natural, Premium Fabrics You Can Feel Good About

At GOJIBERRY, we believe that what touches your baby’s skin should be nothing less than the best. That’s why we carefully select premium, breathable, and earth-conscious materials like cotton, linen, hemp, and ramie for our carrier covers and carriers. These natural fabrics aren’t just gentle and safe—they feel luxurious to the touch and offer lasting comfort for both baby and parent.

Unlike synthetic alternatives, our plant-based fibers are biodegradable, renewable, and require fewer chemicals to produce. Choosing these high-quality, sustainable textiles is our way of caring not just for your baby today—but for the world they’ll grow up in.

Choosing sustainable textiles is our small but meaningful way of caring for your baby and their future.
